Couldn’t believe it when I saw he was back! Someone on Twitter asked PKJ about him way back when and PKJ indicated that he didn’t really see much use for him. Guess that was him lying to mislead people? Either way I’m stocked as hell to have him back, especially since it looks like he’s going to be powered by Genesis now instead of Kryptonite! Wonder what his new origin will be?

Wouldn’t surprise me, but his feud with Clark was tied up in Clark’s history as a football champ which pissed him off when he learned Clark had powers because his dad always compared him unfavorably to Clark. Real “Harry Osborn” vibes between the two, although I’m sure Hush is more so the one PKJ has in mind bringing him back.

Man, I've been wanting this villain to return for what seems like forever. I'm really glad PKJ decided to roll the dice with him because he's always had the potential to be one of Superman's greatest foes.

His basic appeal for me is that he begins as someone who hates Clark Kent not Superman, and then really snaps when he finds out Superman is Clark. Long as that core is kept I can roll with any origin changes.

I'd say he's literally the one villain who should have known Clark before Superman...Did Smallville ever use him? My memory is pretty foggy but I remember so many Superman baddies that had no business meeting him as early as they did popping up.
