Worse case scenario is that Beyond makes Ben their perfect puppet now and that leads to the big fight between Ben and Peter in the last chapter. Mildly worst case is that Ben forever forgets everything and is a blank slate with Peter somehow helping him get some of his memories back. Best case scenario this is somehow like what Doc sock did to the Peter memories during Superior and it’s somehow erased at the end with no big deal or reasoning.
