Yeah, you’re probably right. All these global supply chain issues are starting to seriously concern me, but that’s an issue much bigger than comics and probably best for another forum. I do think they should consider releasing books early on digital and then follow up with paper copies later if they have these problems.

While I know this simply means Iron Man is lagging six months behind ASM (and heaven knows which other titles are), they could have a golden opportunity here to have it revealed Chasm is Spidercide after all in the same week.

It's what I don't understand about finding a place for Ben. Use him like Cantwell does: it's a character who is not Spider-Man but it's close enough, so you can tell stories where you would use Spidey -without actually using him, so you don't need to aknowledge his currents whereabouts-, but you can also use him in stories where Spider-man could not be used -like marrying him, forming a family, having adventures on the road or travelling to an alien world, for example-.

The thing about this is that Iron Man was already at the point Ben WAS Beyond's Spider-Man before this issue, so at least this means that before the whole Chasm thing he might have dropped by to check in on the "Space Friends" even while he was still Spidey.

Yes. Yes, he should.

It's what I don't understand about finding a place for Ben. Use him like Cantwell does: it's a character who is not Spider-Man but it's close enough, so you can tell stories where you would use Spidey -without actually using him, so you don't need to aknowledge his currents whereabouts-, but you can also use him in stories where Spider-man could not be used -like marrying him, forming a family, having adventures on the road or travelling to an alien world, for example-.

It is a very logical starting point....which means that Spider editorial will not go that route if/when Ben gest fixed. It'll be something convoluted circa 2025.
