A new mantle. Let him grow beyond Robin and grow beyond 17

That seems to be what was implied at the end of his UL arc. Let's hope that is the case, along with a solid new direction.

Relevance. Getting out of the Robin name once and for all. Just...SOMETHING to make me love this character as much as I did before the New 52.

I actually never minded the Red Robin name and I really liked his New 52 costume, but clearly he needs to just ditch any semblance of Robin or else he'll just keep going back.

Exactly. Red Robin was fine until the New-52 hit and he lost all backstory that lead Tim to that point. 'Robin' needs to be dropped altogether from his name.

    Agreed. Agreed. Agreed.

A new name without: Bat, Hood, Night, Red, Robin or Wing. Time to move forward.

This is why we need a new Tim Drake series, but they need a GOOD name and a GOOD design. Not to slight whomever designed the Drake costume, but that was just boring as all get out and overly complicated. I still think the Rook would be an excellent name for him, but it doesn't seem to be available.

May you Drake Fans have good tidings.

And that Tim never goes brown for a costume again.

I would love for Tim to go to college. PLEASE stop drawing him as a 16 year old, people of DC.

However if we are going to use legacy names Midnight is an old pulp hero DC owns, but that one might be too close to the Midnighter. DC could also bring the Grey Ghost into continuity (at least I dont think they have as yet) and let Tim pick that up. Another option could be Geist (of the Bloodpack) I dont think this character has been seen since the New 52 has he?
I dont mind if Tim has an original name or a legacy (Chuck Dixon was all set for him to become the new Blue Beetle which, as much as I like Jamie, was a great idea and missed opportunity.)
Wait, really? That's so cool. What a missed opportunity!

Move to Bludhaven as part of my wish to spread the Bat fam in different locations, which at this point, only two, so it's Bludhaven for starters. Also since Tim had stayed there in Post Crisis, it's also a sort of homage.

That doesn't mean he's a Nightwing supporting cast. If he has a solo, maybe have him and Bernard going to college in Bludhaven, assuming whatever the frick their age is currently

Since I'm moving him to Bludhaven, and the city wasn't destroyed, bring back Dana Winters. I know nothing about her, except that people's been asking if she's dead or alive now that the city isn't nuked. This way he'll have a family again that is not tied to Bruce in Gotham.

I want another Young Justice book, but limit the cast to the main quartet, or at least if the others return, make it so they only appear as a one-arc related character, and then maybe they return 2-3 arcs later. That way they're not fighting for screen time.

I still want a new name, and I want it to be Nightbat, since he was inspired by Bruce and Dick, and I hope writers don't read this post because then they're not gonna use it since it's not their own idea. Some Tim writers on Twitter, please, don't go here, but read my mind, and use it.
