I don't think so, the promo art for Dark Crisis has Supergirl in her modern/Rebirth era costume of skirt and boots during the Justice League eulogy two-page spread.

Also, that is a bad design. A bland layout on the middle section of the costume, the cuffs and boots don't look good and the gold buckle is way too big.

Context needed. She's about to meet an elderly Ruthye there, and is about 220 years old. This isn't her new costume in the present day.

It's actually surprising that Krypto is still alive there, as he was dead in Future State and I'm pretty sure that was set earlier than this.

This "Superman suit" is what Kara will be wearing many decades from now, right? She has an old woman's hairstyle, so this more nearly unisex outfit seems age-appropriate. Presumably, between now and then she will have many different costumes, better suiting a younger woman. (I like the one from Future State.) This "Krypto" is a new dog, I would assume.

I have liked Kara in many variations of pants suits, but this one isn't good.

The impractically huge belt makes the wearer look like a professional wrestling champion. Or maybe Elvis. I like the idea of Kara's wearing the cape as a skirt, over the pants.

Anything works, for a few panels, but definitely not the main Kara present day suit, atleast to me.
