I hope we get to see more of Rogue and Synch using their powers together in the future.

Same, it was a fun twist! What if Synch uses his powers on Rogue?

I did wish the X-Men played a bigger role as themselves. Though I do appreciate Rogue getting a moment to shine.

    spoilers:
also, this Black Knight is a mutant. Huh.
    end of spoilers

Apparently Dark Reign also had a Rogue cameo?

lol yea just read it. It felt a little bit like an issue of X-Men, just with more Emma.

Basically yeah. It was good. Also lol that he thought Fisk's team would hold a candle to the X-Men...

I wanted them to throw down NGL.

Also liked how it was Rogue that was like, "I'm disappointed in you" to Rhino. I feel like she should be on the first one to reach out to wavering villains, it's her MO at this point.

So is the Death of Dr. Strange/Black Knight issue a one shot?

And no shade on Emma, but I could use a little less of her getting all the limelight. Otherwise I'd be more interested in the Devil's Reign tie-in.

Trying to decide whether it's worth reading either of these now or waiting for Marvel Unlimited.

To be honest, it's probably better to wait for them.

Rogue doesn't really have big parts in either, the Black Knight one-shot has a short moment for her but the X-Men serve more as antagonists for most of the book.

Dark Reign is bit better, as Rogue gets a few more lines of dialogue, but it isn't anything to write home about. Just a nice reference basically.

omg, yes, I would be so down! I think Captain America even commented she'd be a good leader for such a group in one of the handbooks he narrated in.

Or heck, in a reformed Hellions book too. This time, doing what Sinister tried to do but right. A book that properly explores how former mutant villains integrate into a mutant utopia is sorely needed. I don't buy that just Sabretooth is the only one breaking rules and deserves the pit.

I didn't read the Dark Reign one, but I enjoyed today's Black Knight issue. It was a well written and fun issue and did better with its characters and the King Arthur mythos than all 26 issues of Howard's Excalibur. I loved seeing Faiza too(always liked that character), and bonus she was awesome in it! If you are getting it solely for Rogue, then yeah it probably may not be worth it, since she just has a bit part, but I thought what little she got was good.

Ooohhhh I love that notion. That would be a great gig for her.
