Considering that Elektra confessed to Matt that when she first met him she was trying to recruit him into The Hand and he easily forgave her and it's never been outright stated that they were exclusive, I doubt it would really be an issue for him.

As to your second point, that is a good point. That said, while he is famously Catholic, let's face it, he's never been that Catholic.

I was talking about Elektra's POV of what she is been doing. Not Matt's. It doesn't matter if she tells him or not.
Also what Zdarsky did with Matt and the woman was wrong in any case. Whether Matt's being catholic or not being catholic.

Like I said, unless it was outright stated that they were exclusive, I don't think Elektra would have an issue. Unless there was a conversation with Matt, she really doesn't strike me as someone who adheres to monogamy.

As for you second point, I agree. It was wrong. I really doubt it will be addressed any more than it already has been, though, with his conscious leading him to end the affair. It seems he is so focused on dealing with The Hand and his other global goals, though, that even pursuing Fisk and avenging his brother hardly seems like priorities.
