I mean I guess? But with the Batgirl set pics it looks like Keaton will be the Batman that’s been? It’s giving Rebirth-Reborn and it’s probably just as messy with DCEU as it is with comics. One thing DC gonna do “right” with synergy is having everything a mess🤣

Among the Batgirl set pics there was also a newspaper referencing events from BvS. 🙃 If they go with the convoluted Rebirth-Reborn route with BM, it'll create more plot holes than anything.

I’m sure Cavill will try to make schedule adjustments with other projects because Superman seems to be like his main priority. Dude been fighting for this role, wanting to course correct the character. He deserves another shot. Especially when his character was treated like crap and wasted potential from the start.

Joking aside, we have no idea what's going on with DCEU Superman and it needs to be addressed on screen in The Flash and/or the Supergirl movie.

Yeah it’s great they are using a new SMWW image. I been wanting Kenneth Rocaforth’s print but also need it as a statue too. But still…. SMWW should have a whole line. It’s already brand names “Love Birds” and “Power Couple”. Coming from Hot Topic which the name is self explanatory. SMWW is a hot trend that actually sales and obviously maintains marketing interest. Why is it being made so hard to fully capitalize on them in story. Wasted opportunity and potential all around.

Sadly, DC seems being lazy with merch outside of BM and adjacent characters like Joker and Harley.

As we see daily on IG, SMWW is truly universal

How I adore SMWW couples tattoos! And it’s great that so many couples can quote comics and understand the importance of what smww truly means as individuals and as a couple. Something that DC seems to purposely ignore and/or struggles themselves to understand

You right. The choice of relying on the Batman brand is not because every other brand can’t sell. It is the laziness and limitations because of a stagnant status quo that hasn’t done much of good and isn’t interesting. I mean DC had the likes of JPG commissioning not only to use Superman and Wonder Woman for his/her theme fragrance bottle set, it was a short comic to go along with it! The promo and marketing there combining comics with merch like that. DC fumbled that bag and continues to do so.

I still maintain the idea Donna was going to be their time displaced daughter or joint protégé. That honestly would’ve been such a unique take. What a wasted opportunity piled onto the mountain of all the other wasted potential, ideas, and opportunities.

They don't try this type of cross-promotion anymore for non-BM characters.
