I think in Slott's run he aged Franklin up to Miles's age group, I think.
I think Franklin may be a couple years younger than Miles, just judging by the way he acts.
It might be good for the Reed and Grimm kids to interact with heroes closer to their own age. Miles could be a positive influence to them.

Always felt it was a big missed opportunity that Val and Franklin are so far removed from the younger generation. I'd understand if they had an air of superiority over them, believing themselves above the "chaff" or something but they've always acted like normal teenagers. Like that time they had a solo adventure needing extra hands and just called in Parker and Logan. They're friends of their Parents and Uncle's friends but they aren't building any connections or relationships of their own. Just felt real weird. At least with Grimm's kids they have the trauma to justify being more close knit with the Alice and Ben.
They DO Have an air of superiority. Val called herself the world's smartest girl in Reckoning War Alpha. Moon Girl claims to be the same thing. The worst thing is, Lunella is in fact one of the few friends they have their own age outside of the now-disbanded Future Foundation!
And Franklin's been depressed about his power loss, as he was trying to make new friends on Krakoa and now feels lonely. His powers were his identity.

I would like to see a cross-over, but Slott kind of has the same issue as Mark Waid where I don't think he particularly has a good voice for teenagers.

So Tom Holland went on record again about his feelings about his future as Pete in the MCU:
"If I am 30 and still playing Spider-Man and I haven't passed on the baton to a Miles Morales or a Spider-Woman or something more diverse, then I will have done something wrong..."

I've got to say this has got me very excited as well, eluding to an overarching plot perhaps? Maybe a multiversal Miles team up for issue five. What one moment in your story are you most excited for fans to see?
There's a particular moment towards the end of the issue that expands on how big this new Miles universe might be. It was not only super fun to write but seeing the art by Paco Medina was the icing on the cake!
