One pair is in Earth-0, both Pre-Crisis immigrant, it's just that Karen has been an immigrant since Post Crisis, while Hel. Wayne will only just arrived after Dark Crisis, thanks to Pariah resurrecting Pre-Crisis Earths

The new Helena Wayne is from about three decades in the future of Earth-0, she isn't from pre-Crisis Earth-2 like Karen. So it's nothing to do with Dark Crisis. It's actually Flashpoint Beyond which sets up her arrival.

Why wouldn’t he utilize all of his resources and make it harder on himself. He facilitated and pulled off his intention to perfection. He wanted to stop multiple crimes at once. Should he have only used Bat members. This criticism doesn’t make sense.

Most runs go that route and they get criticized for not making use of Dicks position in the general DCU.
