So how is the Vampire mini? I didn't have much interest, but now I'm curious.

It was on track to be very boring and cliche with Batman leading the resistance against the vampires, but the last issue finally threw a curveball and changed it up. I’ll keep reading now.

It's still pretty much the street levelers versus everybody else. I can see the Bruce Timm film already.

It's a shame that all the Vampires in DC vs Vampires have the same generic ultra-evil personality, but Dick finally gets an actual important role in an AU again and the art is good, so that's something. There's also so much fanart already.

Seeing Diana and Dick share some panel time is nice too. I hope how Dick became a vampire is still going to be revealed and the Damian one-shot carries some actual emotional weight because Damian's reaction in #6 wasn't particularly nuanced.

I agree. Dc has been saying Dick Grayson is the heart of Dc. So this could be a good way to show it. Not only that but gives him a chance to have relationships with other heroes we don't see him in interaction much

I've always wanted Dick to headline a "the Brave & the Bold" comic in addition to his solo. Dick's solo shouldn't be muddled by an abundance team-ups, but it is important to show him interact with various other characters — especially now that the Titans franchise mostly fails to do that.
