It was short but I really like what I saw of Barry in the first arc of his run. He seemed like a true update of the silver age Barry Allen. A modern take on that. Not angsty and none of that black and white look at the world. He was very enjoyable.
Honestly it probably helped that Williamson spent like an entire run of Barry overcoming his emotional grief .
