I feel like some of the abilities of the Rogues from back then can prolly be reworked into technology and be apart of their arsenal

like Heatwave having a furnace chest-piece is pretty cool and Captain Cold being able to generate a cold wave like he was able to slow down Barry then seems like a pretty easy thing to have his gun or cold gadget able to do.

I feel like he was able to do that with his cold guns at some point, either during Forever Evil or Johns' original run.

Yeah, Red Canary is just a Black Canary fangirl (though we still don't know her real name, I assume Lazarus Planet will reveal that). She's actually pretty similar to Ms. Marvel, being a girl who idolised a superhero then becomes one of their legacy characters.
