Good ol' Cyke! I'm reading the Claremont run at the moment, just read #163, Scott is definitely one legendary cool cat. Wild that the issue above there is over 200 issues later! Plus there's the other series and spin-offs. Lotta X-Men to read.

Even without the powers. Scott's just the best... I've always liked writers who were able to showcase his talent in leadership in strategy, over his superpowers.

I liked that fact that without his powers, Scott was even MORE dangerous. He didn't have the fear of losing control of the eye-nuke holding him back.
