Found the DVD of that on the cheap recently. Haven't gotten through it yet, but, while I think the writing could leave a bit to be desired (some interesting episode ideas that didn't quite go far enough or indulged in the worst CW traits, and too much of the "metahuman crime procedural of the week"), I did like the surrogate family dynamic between the three stars.

I wonder if Babs will show up in other things if she doesn't have her own movie. I know there was a rumor she was going to be in Matt Reeve Batman. Which would have been weird

Amen. That was my favorite episode of BOP! The showrunners really messed up with their version of Dinah Prince (gah!) and Helena wasn't much better. Meyer was the sole reason to watch that show. Originally Posted by sorboares

Didn't think Helena was that bad (not going to argue that Ashley Scott is a Shakespeare-level actor or anything, but she got the point across in dramatic scenes). Course, I did like how she and Barbara bounced off each other (technically equals, but there was kind of a family element, with Helena as the headstrong teenage daughter to Barbara's mother figure on occasions), so there is that.
