Well I think the Eternals definitely got the short end of the stick in this event. Mutants basically walked away unscathed and in an even better and stronger position than they were before. This event felt one sided to me and I think there was definitely some bias in the writing. When the writer comes out and openly admits that the Eternals are the clear villains well it is what it is. Mutantkind won the war and the Eternals are paying reparations. Honestly since HOX/POX it seems that mutants are just getting over on everyone, and getting nothing but wins at the expense of every other franchise. How long will it continue? Loved Judgement Day. The epilogue set things up for a potential maxi in the future. Unfortunately there’s nothing planned as far as I know.
