The boys would be considered short if we consider what is deemed "average" heights.
After looking at the wiki Bart is 5'7 and Tim is 5'6. For some reason, I assumed Tim was 5'8 or 9. I never realize how short they made Conner, especially with Lex and Clark being 6'0+.
Partially feel like they were short to showcase the difference in age.

Yeah, that was definitely still the case in Bendis Young Justice. Cassie refers to Diana as Aunt (she was just a fangirl pre-Flashpoint, not actually related to her) and Zeus as Grandpa. Diana is Zeus's daughter now.
As far as I can tell, most of Cassie's pre-Flashpoint history is back, overwriting the New 52 origin, but the relationship to Zeus was left alone because of the change to Diana's origin.

Starfire should always be the tallest Titan...aside from the 2003 cartoon where Cyborg was monstrously huge for style and cartoon effect.
