Not necessarily, and actually I doubt it. Excalibur ended with the gates to Otherworld destroyed, and Betsy deliberately made sure she was still in Otherworld when that happened.

From preview art that shows the Tournament Gate that the Swordbearers used to get from Krakoa to Otherworld in X of Swords, it seems likely that the other cast members in Knights of X will end up using that Gate to get to Otherworld, since it functions in a totally different way from Krakoan gates and was made by Saturnyne's Otherworld magic - so when Merlin's side cast the spell to destroy the Krakoan gates, it didn't think to seek out and eliminate that gate too.

But because it was established in X of Swords that they needed all ten Swordbearers present in order to open the gate to Otherworld, its highly unlikely Betsy's able to use it on her own, even from the other side. At most she'll probably act as an anchor opening it from her end while others still on Krakoa kinda 'hack it' in order to open it again outside of the Tournament.

I don't think using that gate is intended to be an easy process, there's clearly a lot of ritual elements involved in its use so its not a convenient backdoor they can freely use at will.....so my guess is that currently, Betsy is still stranded in Otherworld, and the first issue of Knights of X is technically supposed to take place AFTER the Gala (hence Gambit's presence there), when they'll use the Tournament Gate to join Betsy.

Last we saw, some of the CB Betsy Corps were getting killed in the war. Betsy in part stayed behind because she was committed to fighting with them and leading them.
