It's kinda amusing seeing Artemis with a darker skin tone again after that one-shot retconned her into a white American girl.
The ramifications of that origin change highlight the unsavory racial elements of the "white savior" trope. The greatest Amazon of each tribe is, ostensibly, a white woman; with the exception of the Esquecida, and only because there are no white women in their tribe.
And that Donna Troy depiction seems to be closer to the Finches version than any version I'm accustomed to. And that version has been carried through in all of Donna's recent depictions, including her appearances in Titans and in Steve Orlando's run.
Otherwise, I loved the Artemis one-shot; the art in particular. And I like Artemis's new role as the keeper of magic.

I think Phil Jimenez was the first to actively present Artemis as a Brown/Middle Eastern woman. I miss that portrayal.

If you look closer you can see that she constantly shifts from lighter to darker (white) skin in the webtoon. In some panels, she has the same skin color as Jason. However, her skin isn't as dark as the one time in the comics where she converses with Diana, Donna and Hippolyta (along with Nubia in attendance). All 4 of them were depicted with darker/olive skin.
Hmm, keep forgetting the Outlaws book gave Artemis a last name.
Artemis GRACE? They really made her into a white American girl lol
Let's just pretend it's like her Diana Prince identity

I could have been sworn the Artemis Grace name predates Outlaws.
I think the best we can hope for is that Artemis' American beginnings...are brushed under the rug and we can all continue with our head canon that she is indeed the Middle Eastern woman we all thought she was.
And I agree that having the best Amazons all be white American women verges on Green Lantern levels of American exceptionalism wank and I'm not here for it.
Yeah, I get that the primary audience is American but one of the appeals of DC was that it wasn't so centered on America.
