I'm amused to realize Jason has no major romantic interests so there's nothing stopping making Artemis his main.

Closest would be Rose Wilson. They were a thing in DCeased, had a past in New52 (alluded to, never shown), hinted at in the recent Robin series, and separated in Future State Gotham.

But I would be fine with Jason and Artemis being together. Jason has always gotten along with Amazons (going back to his time as Robin, with both Diana and Donna).
