This is "Avatar of the Green" Ivy, where she's essentially a plant elemental. Batman is beneath her. She's rather literally a force of nature.

Nothing about that page showed Diana being a joke. She was breaking through the vines, could've killed Ivy. Even normal Ivy is able to sway Superman. This one is one with mother nature.
