Is there any particular reason Vision and Viv don't try to rebuild Vin? Viv herself is on her second body, and I'm pretty sure Vision's been rebuilt a couple of times too.

Miles and Riri are in Fantastic Four Life Story #6. Looks like they're on an Avengers team with Carol Danvers. It's an AU, and Captain America and Invisible Woman are shown to be elderly, as they've been active since the 1960s. So Miles is probably the main Spider-Man here.

Vin's nerve systems was destroyed beyond repair but given that both Viv and Vision was rebuilt so can Vin.

Other members (the ones who got captured) might feel differently, but yeah, looks like Kamala and Miles hold no grudges.

If Vin wasn't killed, wouldn't he have probably joined the team at the same time as Viv?

Though I do suspect the ending of Tom King's Vision was changed due to Champions, and that both teenage synthezoids were originally supposed to die - the book foreshadows Viv's demise.
