I don't know if these polls that Jordan White is doing right now are meaningful in any sort of way but he did one with Emma:

She gets better acting between the two sides but I'm glad the majority are voting for her return to the X-mens.

We need characters who are not classified as heroes or villains to represent real life.

Maybe. Same thing with the Wolverines. The fact more than half wish Logan stayed dead, or don't care, goes to show all these Wolverine variants have worn him down. There's nothing special about him anymore. Just another Wolverine.

These polls may just be for fun. Or JDW MAY be trying to see where fans are, and it may be reflected in coming books in 2019. Seems 2018 is settled in still finishing up Alonso's stuff.

The books are lacking an "other" team of mutants out in the world. She doesn't fit Xavier's dream...she fits the more practical "use your talents to get through life" ideology.

What is the "Xavier dream" anymore?? Not even Xavier fits on it.. it was rather simplistic and chidish for starters... name me an X Man with no blood in his/her hands as things are.

I think that they messed with the dream to separate Scott and Xavier when Scott took over...as for Emma yeah I'd rather she not be a villain but something X-related, maybe have Scott/Emma on one side of things and Logan/Jean on the other, that could be fun if done right...

I know I’m going way back, but I miss her hellfire costume. I know I’m in the minority in this, but the furry shoulders and white costume dominatrix look was great!!......I’d be fine with her as a villain and also fine as hero. She’s just a great character....and I’ve always loved her interactions with Ororo.
