, rescued from before the 2005 New Warriors series by time displacement thanks to the Sphinx
Yup she-hulk did the same thing with hawkeye and got arrested and put on trial by the tva. Hawkeye got removed. Nova did the same thing as she-hulk and they did nothing to him or remove her from the future.

Tva stinks at their jobs or nova slipped them some money.

Firestar as an Avenger....she got a special suit by Hank Pym and did some Avenger stuff before fading into limbo.
Funny thing is justice wanted to join but not firestar. But later justice wanted to quit feeling more happy in the warriors and firestar wanted to stay saying she loved being a avenger! Then she would be forgotten by them soon after.

Just want to know when Dwayne is coming back to lead a REAL new warriors team.I feel there's a good niche for more adult team stories that don't have to be based in social activism moves so much. Give me 60% action, 40% plot and I'm cool.

Considering that Devil's Reign just showed the Champions being attacked by anti-superhero drones, I think maybe they could've repurposed the cancelled Outlawed NW book as a DR tie-in. Kamala's Law was repealed, but they're Outlawed again anyway!

Having read the New Warriors arc dealing with Vance going to jail for accidentally killing his dad, I'm curious what are people's thoughts on it? Do you think it was the right decision or do you think Vance was railroaded as Namorita says?

Some heroes have done a lot worse than Vance and got away with it.

He probably did rh right thing by going to jail. O remember reading it and seeing the Friends of Humanity standing outside the court. Probably one of the only few times I remember him receiving abuse for being a mutant.

I think it was the right thing for VANCE to do. It was the kind of hero he was and wanted to be. Others might have sought a way out, a way to beat the system, but Vance belived IN the system. Honestly, those are the kind of heroes I appreciate.

    Peace

Yeah, which is why he changed his codename to Justice when he was released (plus it served to renew the trademark on the name of an old New Universe character).

    Really? I didn't know that.

Not that I like the name Justice. Because I don't.

Yeah, there was a series called Justice in 1986.

Vance took the name Justice in 1993. Of course that then left Marvel Boy dormant until Noh-Varr showed up.

Didn't Vance give David Bank his old Marvel Boy costume with his blessing to become the new Marvel Boy?

    spoilers:
Vance Astrovik appears in this week's issue of Fantastic Four where he is fighting alongside with Captain America and Namor against those Badoon invaders. Also, Vance borrows Cap's mighty shield and wields it like his future counterpart, Major Victory.
Besides Vance, Richard Rider appears in a cameo in this same Fantastic Four comic where he is battling an alien in space.

I think it would be interesting to see that part of the reason that Vance was prosecuted was due to where the crime was committed. Have Vance shown interacting with law enforcement and prosecutors as an employee of Child Watch and be told that if he had killed his father in Texas or Florida it would have been treated as self defense.
