Those were fun scans to read and 100% that those weapons should be incorporated in the main comics.

Ah, good. Was hoping there'd be a collection of the Artemis/Bana stuff.

Weird they seemed to have left out the Young Diana stuff.

I guess there will be a second volume of the Adventures of Young Diana.
On the other hand, I don't like that the Back Up of the Bana is collected here since chronologically it belongs to the Trial of the Amazons, but well, worse is nothing I suppose.

Does anyone remember that variant cover for Trial of the Amazons that had Diana and other Wonder characters side by side with animals representing them? I'm looking for it but can't find it.

And their leader turns out to be.....Medusa!

Surprisingly however, the conflict is solved diplomatically and Medusa is not the villain here. I don't know if this take on the Amazon Tribe/Medusa has appeared elsewhere but I really like the idea of Medusa running her own tribe of Amazons.

Also I only posted a few scans here but the way Adams drew those stateusque Amazons is hot as hell and Canary is portrayed really well in the comic.

I was going to say the art is GREAT. So moody, tall Amazons, Medusa looks great.

Neal Adams at his prime, man. There is just no comparison.

Does Themyscira have any WMD's? Not counting individual warriors like Diana, or Nubia, or Donna, etc., as WMD's, but actual weapons/arsenal/etc.? Have they had them in the past in previous continuities?
We are the Dora Milaje. We are the daughters of the 18 tribes of Wakanda. We are the teeth of the Panther God. Out of 10,000 years of sweat and bloodshed and battle are we born. We are the women of this ancient land. Deadliest of the species. And our time has come!

Infinite Crisis had a thing called "the Purple Death Ray" which was used to kill a bunch of a OMAC drones.
