The "Wonder Mullet"...sorry, another guilty pleasure. Byrne made it look good, at least in my eyes. I was dying to grow my hair out, I was around 14 years old. My mom was not so gung-ho about the idea and no amount of convincing would make her budge. At most, if it got long enough to curl up on my ear, I considered it a success. LOL...

I also like Janet's look in WCA too.

Simon not only looks great on the cover, but he looks "WONDER"ful in the corner box!

Wouldn't surprise me if it was.
He's a big-time Star Trek fan...he did a bunch of minis for IDW and an 19 issue photonovel series too. Can't imagine what went into that every month...yeesh.

My personal choice for best look is this one. Sleeveless and with sunglasses.

I loved the WCA’s. They were far more interesting than the the East coasters. Wonderman was their Thor. I have a soft spot for the silver centurion armor of Iron Man.

Looks to me like HULK SMASH AVENGERS #4. It was a miniseries with each issue being a different untold tale of Hulk vs the Avengers over the years, with a different creative team. Issue #4 was by Jim McCann and had the early WCA roster up against the grey Joe Fixit Hulk.
