I didn't watch the first movie, so I dunno what happened in there, I did watch the second one though, which I think a character makes a joke about how sudden a romance happened, but besides that and a few other scenes, I barely remember anything about it, much less if it had even an attempt at romance.

If it did have though, then congrats MCU, it was so boring I don't remember it.

There's a lot of stuff NWH had to make up for because of the earlier movies' issues to be honest. At least the actors did their best.

Zendaya really is very talented, and I absolutely get why the producers wanted her. It seems like a waste that she's doing a mediocre MCU romance.

Hell, if Otto is the one who helps them get back together . . . that would be a twist and a half. That said, I can't help but hear that exchange in Yuri Lowenthal's voice (Insomniac Spider-Man) and Liam O'Brien's voice (my fancast for the "Elliot Tolliver" incarnation of Superior Spider-Man).
