Annabelle Adams, a singer at the hotel where Kaine was staying (with his sidekick, Maria Aracely Penalba de la Heras, a.k.a. Hummingbird, whom he saved from a human trafficking ring when he was just trying to rob the bastards to pay his own expenses). Sadly, when his past came to light thanks to Kraven and his daughter Ana coming into Houston and then he went full Other on Shathra, another returning Spider-Man foe who was hunting him as an alternative to Peter, Annabelle freaked out and saw him as nothing but a monster. And yes, she was at least introduced as a redhead (when Ryan Stegman was doing the art for those issues), though her hair color changed somewhat frequently in later issues.

As a fictional character? Because DC comics does exist in the Marvel universe (they publish fictional superheroes like in our world, while Marvel does based on a true story ones).
