So going with my theory that...

What Peter did is tied to Krakoa. We know from the leaks that Aunt Anna is also pretty sick and weary, with MJ helping her into bed. Could it be that she is relying on the medicine from Krakoa? What if a large shipment of it is destroyed and it's Peter's fault and Anna suffers from this? MJ would have reason to be sour at Peter if her family pays the price for his slip-ups

Perhaps their conversation in issue two is about this? Peter giving MJ something to help with her Aunt's situation, MJ accepts the gesture, but she's like "this doesn't change anything between us"

I think the MJ in the issue will be Moria in disguise and we would have found out in the end when she would talk with the accent of hers to signal it's not MJ
