Not just fanfic writers. The fans love that relationship. In an interview Tucker revealed that damiRae is the most popular pairing in that universe. Beating out more iconic pairings like Clarkxlois, Batcat, Dickkory and WonderCat.

Their DCAMU relationship was handled very well in that world.
Only in that world though and it's easy to see why.
Casual viewers have zero bias and zero comic knowledge meaning they were able to consider the relationship with an open mind and fall in love with the pairing.

It wouldn't work in the comics though and i'm happy they didn't attempt it in the comics. I feared they might do since they had raven dating Wallace who is Damian's agemate in Rebirth.

I don't think he's bringing the MK costume but rather, simply using crops from his two issues to imply/show he's following those plotlines. Furthermore, he likes tweets mentioning the Rebirth costume and asking to rid of the crowbars.

He's following up his story in the last two issues of RHATO, is my guess.

I have no idea. Maybe. I wondered the same thing when one of the creatives first brought it up at a panel for Apokolips War.
I assume they have tracking metrics for all sorts of things/characters

Heads up, along with Titans United, there is also a Jason cameo in the Detective Comics backup again. It's short, but it's always nice to see Jason and Bruce working together.

Thanks a bunch. I'll check that one for sure (House of Gotham was a story I was already following anyways. Just not up to date).

Edit: nice one. I love how Jason's crossing (maybe even swinging) his legs when he's sitting in the ledge. A very Robin thing to do, nice touch.

I felt the same, though that part with Bruce being concerned about the coffee was kind of funny, he's acting as if Jason is still a kid XD


Also now that Titans United has ended, I've got to say, considering this was sort of a synergy title with the added confusion of Red Hood being in the mix, this book turned out much better than I thought it would, especially as a Titans fan. It's not that it was anything ground breaking by any means, but it was a satisfying read (a rarity for Titans books as of late) that gave a decent amount of love to quite a few of the classic Titans (again, another rarity). Also this book had no business looking this good, seriously even the art was pretty great throughout, with a lot of lovely detail.

In terms of Jason's role in the story, I'm actually more so surprised that his inclusion wasn't as redundant or gratuitous as I initially assumed it would be. The writer actually utilised him pretty well, and placed him in this sort of (I don't know what to call it right now) love/hate/friendship? with Connor, which ended up being much more important to the story and resolution than I thought it would. Plus all the banter throughout the book was pretty fun to read.

I don't think this book will be continued, but regardless I think the writer should definitely have a go at another Titans book again, perhaps a more in continuity title next.
