Stephanie Phillips did one and we talked through that one on the phone. We started talking about what it was gonna be about, cause we knew I wanted it to be about villains. So I want it to be the villain’s perspective on what’s going on. And so we talked out which villains she was going to use. She like pitched me this whole idea about Nocturna, Spoiler, Batman, and Firefly. I was like “This is perfect.” She nailed it. You’d also have the cool last page that also kind of connects with some of the stuff we’re doing right over in Shadow War Omega. The stuff we’re building in Shadow War, the idea of like Deathstroke building this army. I was talking to all of the creators, pretty much about their stories and editorial handled a lot of it.

It should be Dark Crisis: Worlds Without a Justice League - Green Arrow #1. It's written by Stephanie Phillips and the artist is Clayton Henry.

I'm not surprised they still call Stephanie as Spoiler (Clayton Henry also tagged her as Spoiler in his drafts). Her suit is a Spoiler suit with a Batsymbol.

That's why I want her suit to look like a Batgirl suit.

I think it's more likely this story is in road to dark crisis than Black Canary's story. It's talking about the villains' prespective on the death of the league. It should be in road to dark crisis.

The Worlds Without a Justice League stories are AUs - like the Tom King Superman getting to have Jon grow up with him story. So Steph being Spoiler isn't necessarily a reflection on her status in the main universe.
