Who’s the best Cass artist of all time?
I have to go with Damion Scott.
"It's not my Kate." - Greg Rucka
The artist did a great job

Is Cass meant to be some degree Autistic. I’ve kind of read her character like that, but that might be taking too much from my own prospective on that.
Cass just doesn't like to speak, because she felt it was a waste of effort, or energy when it could be focused on fighting, analyzing a situation. She can speak very easily if she chose to. But she preferred to save time/energy by talking as little as possible but getting the point across. That was how she was raised anyway.
However she talks more in "Batgirls" because there was some backlash that Cass was being stereotyped as the typical 'silent Asian' or 'Asian that doesn't speak' role. So they seem to be experimenting with her talking more, such as in Batgirls. Which I do like seeing.
I am also waiting for her romance/hinted romance with Harper Row to pick back up again, but they haven't had them reunite as of yet. And if they did, I doubt DC would do anything with it nowadays.
Modern day Cass' voice is really hard to get right in my opinion.
The first time I ever saw a Batgirls issue was when they were previewing something, and it was near the end when Cass and Stephanie were somewhere and Stephanie was freaking out because of the things going down and they'd have to go on the run or something. And Cass hugged her and said "We're still the Batgirls" along with a full paragraph.
Now.. at the time I didn't know they were having her talk more, as she was still to me the same Cass that only spoke one or three words at a time. So when she busted out that paragraph for Stephanie I freaked out(in a good way) as if it was a major huge moment. Like she'd broken her code of silence to comfort Stephanie and allowed those emotions to be shown and spoke of because it meant that much to her.
Then I found out later she'd been speaking throughout because they decided she was gonna talk now and a part of me went "awwwwh " But I'm happy she's talking now lol
The first time I heard Cassandra's voice was in DC Universe Online and of course the next time I heard her voice was in Birds of Prey Harley Quinn movie. I like the DCUO voice better. Here is Cassandra's voice clips from the game DC Universe Online. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DrFZ0as6biQ.
