Where’s the trailer for Love and Thunder though..the movie is supposed to come out in a few months time.

That’s not a good sign at all when a trailer isn’t out yet relatively close to a film’s release date. Love and Thunder is scheduled to be released in July which isn’t too far away. The last movie that I recall having a trailer so close to release date was Solo and that was a troubled production.

I guess the movie might get delayed or something.

I think if they had gone with his original appearance people (the general public) might
think he resembles Voldemort too much. Also, maybe CB wanted his face to look more human
than the original design.

And what about Thor!? Maybe his CURRENT mother is Gaia but PHOENIX still can be one of his FORMER mother!
IIRC Ragnarok is a periodic event in the Marvel Universe so the Asgardian had already died and reborn numberious times.

I can see that people might mistake him for a Twi'lek but he looks too normal in comparison to the comics like they didn't want to change the actor too much.

Ragnarok cycle theory wouldn't work because Thor used Phoenix power and said several times he feels fire in his veins.

Maybe Odin preserved his essence or something and put it in Gaea.

maybe so but then you have to ask yourself why is that the only thing that was passed down.

seems still dumb but better than just retcon it.
