It's Darkoth, a very obscure pull.
And, yeah, Larroca is really off their game here.
I know, right?! My preference will always be his past artwork, especially Heroes Reborn: The Return (1997):

Thor 28 was good it was really good. It was definitely heavily Al influenced especially in the captions but it firmly places this story back where Cates was before all the events derailed it and has me excited for Thor 29 to see where Cates is going and also for Thanos Death Notes.
Don't let anyone else hold the candle that lights the way to your future because only you can sustain the flame.

Which direction do people see Thor going into in 2023?
Do you still see Cates on the book next year?
If not, who would you ilke to see write the book, and what concepts would you
like to see introduced going forward?
Reading the latest issues of Thor and Avengers, Jason Aaron just cannot stop doubling down on how awful Odin is, huh?
Thankfully he'll be off the book soon. I believe issue 64 is his last issue.
Someone needs to takeover the Avengers and tell really interesting stories. Aaron's run has been extremely disappointing.
The last issue of Thor was really good and honestly, the writing did sound a lot more like Ewing than Cates. The way Thor was talking sounded a lot like Ewing's take on him.
Didn't you just love Odin trying to bum-rush the Phoenix into marrying him and breaking up the BC Avengers? Or how everyone on the team seemed to actively hate him?
Or how he only seems to care about drinking and killing?
Or that he needed the Phoenix to convince Gaea to give him a chance? And she loved the Earth more than him?
Or how he physically forced the Phoenix away from Thor out of spite and they tried to spin it as this grand tragedy (that was, of course, Odin's fault)?
At least in Cates' run the Mother Storm made some of Odin's stuff a mess rather than Odin himself.
.... I'd like to see a story arc where Thor does a "walkabout" across countries.. USA, Mexico and many other countries, being an itinerant construction worker.. trying to understand humanity more up close without his obvious "Avengers" status.. I still remember the Sigurd Jarlsson era. Especially now that Don Blake is (ugh) permanently removed from being an option now..
Also reading the Jane focused issue in Avengers...I am 99% convinced if Aaron could write her permanently as Thor, he would.
