    Post Booster Gold Appreciation Thread 2022

    Happy New Years to our greatest hero you never heard of. Michael Jon Carter, also known as Booster Gold. A hero who came from the 25th Century come to the present timeline in order to become his own hero. Having a history in joining the Justice League International, Booster Gold has found the purpose of joining more than a hero but become path of who he is. Come and show some love for the character in this thread.

    It's almost hard for me to believe this show would finally use Booster.

    Arrow did name-drop Kord Industries a bunch, so he's out there somewhere.

    Brandon Routh was originally brought in to play Ted Kord/Blue Beetle. From the beginning, he was always written more like Ted than Ray Palmer -- genius industrialist who ends us losing his company, well-intentioned, occasionally goofy superhero with an inferiority complex that gets in his way. But the Arrow writers found out they didn't have permission to use Ted, so he was hastily rewritten as Ray Palmer, despite always behaving a lot more like Ted.

    So hopefully it's not too late, all these years later!

    Him being originally intended to be Blue Beetle makes much more sense given the direction they took with him.

    Sadly I think the Blue Beetle movie takes Ted off the table
