The Marauders writer said she was in another book. And shes front and centre in the IX cover. Plus Gillen mentioned her in the interview.

After reading Inferno 4 im highly disappointed that we didnt find out what was in the little black box thing mystique stole from the secret city for Emma, hopefully it gets revealed soon because its been teased for a while now

I think that might be the last we see of it...since that was a HiX-Man thing and it's served its plot service. And now that he's gone...

Pretty sure Emma will be featured heavily in Immortal, with the ending of Inferno it’d be stupid to not focus on her. The core team of that book is pretty much everyone whos nots on a team book already.

Nah, Emma will definitely be in Immortal X-Men....I think Gillen just meant that characters who are also used elsewhere probably won't get as MANY solo storyline directions as the ones who only appear in IM like Destiny and Exodus. But he also said in the interview that he ideally wanted to have a different one of the twelve Council members be the narrative POV for a different issue, so like, by the end of his first twelve issues, each character would have gotten their own spotlight issue. He just didn't want to commit to that as a guarantee right now because he doesn't want to force that narrative framing device if it ends up not feeling organic at some point. But yeah, Emma will definitely have stuff going on in this book.

Yeah, I don't get the impression she won't be in the book. Is possible she won't be a lead of the book, but considering her position that's doesn't mean she won't get panel time or important scenes.

Yeah, we'll have to see the first arc but, from my impression, it seems like the leads of the book may end up being Emma, Destiny+Raven, Charles, Sinister, and Exodus. Which is a good amount of characters to really focus on tbh
