Yeah exactly. Why change her sexuality? We have a lot of original LGBTIQ+ Marvel characters

And MCU will never give us a proper romance. Thor and Wanda got full movie or series about their Romance but Carol will be reduced to a few scenes where falling in love happened off screen. Plus Valkyrie is too strong and part of Thor franchise for any benefit to Carol Storyline. Carol needs her own Steve Trevor or Jessica Drew. Someone who makes Carol Vulnerable and is there to support her.

Not to mention the Stereotype of strong woman being lesbians.

For a proper romance to happen, Marvel would be best off in not forcing it on Carol. It would had been Ok if Carol Danvers had a developing friendship with someone that flushed out for 10 years (worth of ongoing story dialog between them) before the subject of love interest in conceived...

Was Superia not a Ms Marvel for a while too? I can't remember if it was Dark Avengers or Thunderbolts.

Neither. I just looked it up and that happened in New Avengers #18-23 in 2011-12 (which means Kamala is Ms. Marvel V, not IV as I thought). Osborn tried to create a new Dark Avengers team, they were defeated and sent to jail.

Lovely thank you! I knew I remembered a dark haired Ms Marvel running around.

Speaking of Superia. She'd make a very good villain for Carol. Back in New Avengers there was an issue where she took on the whole team and beat them all without even breaking a sweat!

Fans of the Carol/Wanda friendship have had a rough couple of decades, but at least they sort of acknowledge that she's Carol's closest friend in the magic community. Baby steps.

Also kind of funny that Carol is justifying her actions by the crimes of a guy committed in the future. Some things never change .
