I actually had a issue with some of the dialogue. Specifically when Felicia finds out who’s in the armor.

“I can’t lie to _____. I never could.”

Isn’t Felicia the women who can stare straight at Spider-Man and feed him lie after lie? Yet she can’t lie to this person?

Way to crap on Peter without even mentioning him directly.

Yeah, and i think it's about Peter because Mckay also wrote a scene where Cat lied to Peter to his face and he believed her and they never resolved it

Was that relationship developed before? 'Cause if not, it's pretty weird there's suddenly this one character she can't lie to, when generally she never had a problem with lying, or manipulation in general.

Sentimental attachment is funny like that. That said, she did appear before, albeit sporadically and rarely --- specifically in Peter Parker: The Spectacular Spider-Man Annual #4 and more recently in flashbacks to Felicia's training under the Black Fox in Jed MacKay's Black Cat series.

I don't really care that much about you-know-who but maybe she's just there to facilitate Felicia and Tony teaming-up and that's the real meat of the story.

(I hope they don't go for a redemption or anything though).
