Being a spider in the Marvel Universe involves you have to learn a hard lesson, usually the hard way. I suppose 616's Peter will end up teaching that lesson to both Felicia and Kraven.
I know "counterparts" doesn't mean they are the same, because they all have different experiences in each reality. However, deep down, the counterparts always have "similarities". They all have the "spark" that multiversally define their character in the Marvel Universe. So I pressume Night Spider could end up becoming more similar to 616's Felicia after meeting 616's Peter better.
You just can't beat Felicia's original look. The heels, though, don't belong. That's one of the places Marvel action heroines always trumped DC heroines. DC heroines like Batgirl and Catwoman were in high heels -- while characters like Black Widow, Cat, Hellcat, and Black Cat were in flats.
Gene Colan once drew Natasha in heels -- and it just looked wrong.
"He's pure power and doesn't even know it. He's the best of us."-Matt Murdock
"I need a reason to take the mask off."-Peter Parker
"My heart half-breaks at how easy it is to lie to him. It breaks all the way when he believes me without question." Felicia Hardy
I said action heroes -- meaning acrobatic types. I'm fine with women like Storm, Polaris, Phoenix, Scarlet Witch wearing heels since they are either flying or pointing. I don't recall any of Marvel acrobatic females wearing heels unless it was artistic license. Black Widow may have worn heels in her first appearance when she was just a spy.
