To each their own, I guess. I just had a hard time taking her seriously.

Comics have endeared me to taking a lot at face-value .

A sequel to Hunted is probably more likely than a full on film at this point. And even that might not happen.

A heist movie would be right up her alley.

An adaption of Selina's Big Score would be cool .

Selina’s Big Score was good in concept… but I’d want something a bit more colorful and escapist for the actual “loot” and opposition.

I say combine some elements of The Catfile by Chuck Dixon (someone captures and forces Selina to work for them against a more over-the-top Big Bad), the framework of Selina’s Big Score (ensemble heist story), and maybe throw in some more Batman stuff (like that Solly Fisch story where Batman turns out to have employed her to stop a Venom formula’s production.)
Like action, adventure, rogues, and outlaws? Like anti-heroes, femme fatales, mysteries and thrillers?

I wrote a book with them. Outlaw’s Shadow: A Sherwood Noir. Robin Hood’s evil counterpart, Guy of Gisbourne, is the main character. Feel free to give it a look: https://read.amazon.com/kp/embed?asi...E2PKBNJFH76GQP

Right now may not be the best time for a Catwoman movie.

WB is too frugal right now to speculate on anything they might make that isn’t already in production - and even that’s not safe.

…But that's different from noting where a more financially sound company would be looking to strike.

It definitely had a pretty dark ending.

Dunno, they just made a successful movie that practically ended on a plot hook for one.

From a story perspective, I agree completely. WB seems to be a shit show right now, though, and I wouldn't trust them with it at the moment.

Punchline and her Royal Flush gang are causing mayhem in Alleytown and things are blowing up—literally!—so Catwoman calls in backup! We all know the cat has nine lives, and the same can be said about her gang! But what's a nine-person heist without a little danger, maybe some…death? And, uh-oh, those handcuffs definitely don't look like the sexy kind, but what's worse is Selina has bigger things to worry about right now: like her ex-lover and current lover in the same room! At least she's criminally good at being bad!
