Could be Ray Palmer, the Atom. Said there'd be a bit of a nix in Oliver and Felicity, with date, and Ray coming in, being all intelligent, attractve and everything.

I was thinking the same thing. That had to have been on purpose for some reason. It's too similar not to be.
