What's wrong? Truth hurts? There is already evidence that the sort of overly convoluted plotting that this series of titlles have shown is going to do nothing but blow up in their faces. Have many books have there been already? Three?

Oh my hopefully that guy that just "knows this is going to fail" doesn't run a comic shop because that would pretty much explain exactly what i've been saying. if someone like that own a shop good luck with what they order.

Still hoping Iceman shows up here too.

I really can’t follow this dude’s logic re: X-men and New Mutants movies driving old customers away from comic shops, but that’s okay. They have a perspective and they’re entitled to it, even if it is somewhat terse and unnecessarily pessimistic.

Regardless, I’m excited for this book and here for some long-form, “overly convoluted” writing. It’s fun when my comics don’t take me 12 seconds to read and make me think a little bit, but I get that that’s not for everyone. Especially in this day and age with the shape our educational system is in. Some folks would rather have the comic equivalent of a Tik Tok video. I get it. But I think this book will find its audience.
