    Storm, Magneto, Brand, Cable? Yay!
Unstable Vulcan? Glad that plot's being followed up on in the more cosmic of the X-Books.
Sunspot? Ew. If you like rich dude-bros who channel the writers' meta 'humour' and don't ever seem to get called on or face consequences for their douchery, great.
That’s how Hickman tends to write him. Al Ewing’s Sunspot is a boss and on a different level. Excited for this book.

I’m super happy about Vulcan and Sunspot, Iceman will be appear in this tittle, I’m pretty sure. With Cable and Magneto too now I need more female mutants. Penance Husk or Magma would be just perfect. Also I want a telepath in Storm’s group

People are talking about the "team" but it doesn't seem to me like there's really a team in this book. More like just a cast of characters interacting and some in opposing sides.

Agreed. Feels like it’s just going to be a continuation of S.W.O.R.D., which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. But it clearly won’t be a tight team book.

The positives of that are that there’s lots of players to play with and lots of room to world-build with a sprawling cast of characters and numerous locales (from the space stations to Mars/Arakko to other planets). The downside is that, other than Storm and probably faves like Sunspot and Magneto, nobody else will get any significant panel time.

This book's cast is solid! Absolutely fantastic. I wasn't expecting Sunspot and Vulcan but I'm so glad they're onboard.
I too hope Bobby appears as it makes a lot of sense to me that he be with this squad. In due time, perhaps.

...and Jean is stuck with Duggan...oh man, wished she would be Storm's right hand woman in this!

Yeah I’d like to see him here too. If not I have a sense he got drafted for the next X-Men Vote.

Yeah, I think Bobby will be in the X-men Vote since he wasn’t mentioned as being in this book.

Very excited to see this for Storm. Like others, I was also hoping for Bobby to join this book. And it feels like it would make sense, since his last issue in Marauders was him thinking about how much more he can do with his powers, and Arrako is a great place to do that. But if not X-Men Red, maybe Bobby will wind up playing a major role in another book. (Just not Duggan's X-Men, please. Duggan spent so much time mostly ignoring Bobby in Marauders, I don't really trust him with the character.)

But X-Men Red looks great. I hope some of the SWORD characters like Frenzy and Manifold carry over and get to play a recurring role as well. Looking forward to this one.
