That article doesn’t give a lot of details, I’m so curious what this could be about. Could this finally be where Alfred comes back?

Now that recently announced collection Batman vs Robin: Road to War makes more sense.

This kind of seems like it would have been better suited for their YA series of books. Looks fun either way.

They did this same thing with the last Batman/Superman series. The first story was that Batman Who Laughs garbage setting up other series. Then the main series fell off the rails because it had no purpose after the first storyarc was over. Probably going to be the same now.
Last Read: Aquaman & The Flash: Voidsong

Monthly Pull List: Alan Scott: The Green Lantern, Birds of Prey, Daredevil, Geiger, Green Arrow, Justice Ducks, Justice Society of America, Negaduck, Nightwing, Phantom Road, Shazam!, Suicide Squad: Dream Team, Thundercats, Titans

I'm curious as well. Between Flatline, Talia, and Damian's look, it seems to be aligned with current continuity/Williamson's book, but it also seems like the Bruce/Damian relationship is supposed to be repaired by the end of Shadow War. I'd hate to see them having issues again so soon.

Also, isn't it happening in the past? So how it is going to set up something for Bruce vs Damian?

Well, the solicits say Nezha is being set as something of a player in the future of the DC Universe, iirc. Maybe it's this.

It’s a 5 issue event, so dark crisis will be finished by the time it ends. Status quo should be back to normal by then.

I mean Waid's Batman/Superman is happening in the past with Dick as Robin. New solicit mentions time travel so maybe that will set something up for Bruce vs Damian.

New Black Adam interview with Priest where he says after issue 6, the book will reflect the events of death of justice league/dark crisis : https://www.gamesradar.com/black-ada...est-interview/

I'm kinda surprised he'll reference that story at all.

I mean it’s kind of hard to ignore in your series that you were the last survivor of a big year long event that wiped the Justice League off the board.
