The last few years DC has been putting out their holiday special with, like, a week left in the season so it's nice to see it get released at the start of the season this year.
The same statement can be said for every book DC puts out. Doesn't mean it can't be talked about.
Last Read: Aquaman & The Flash: Voidsong
Monthly Pull List: Birds of Prey, Daredevil, Geiger, Green Arrow, Justice Ducks, Justice Society of America, Negaduck, Nightwing, Phantom Road, Shazam!, Space Ghost, Suicide Squad: Dream Team, Thundercats, Titans

Well didn’t expect 2 new Wildstorm books in one month but hey it’s something different right people.
Anyway Wildc.a.t.s by Matthew Rosenberg spinning out of His Batman Urban Legends Grifter story arc, an ongoing set within the main dc universe.
And then a Black Label book about Amanda Waller and all her spy stuff vs the Stormwatch by Spencer Ackerman.

"It's fun and it's cool, so that's all that matters. It's what comics are for, Duh."
Words to live by.
I loved his Grifter story in Urban Legends so I’m totally down for this. Plus DC doesn’t really have a covert superhero team at the moment so the WildCATs can fill that role. Plus that dead astronaut character looks interesting.
Haha Some of those “celebrating the 90s” covers. Celebrating the 90s or mocking the 90s? There really is a lot to poke fun at from that era. The over abundance of pouches, mullets, and the gigantic capes.

The Ackerman series was announced as a Suicide Squad series back in September 2021 back when he appeared on Late Night with Seth Meyers:
Wonder if it took so long because they reworked it to include Stormwatch, of course he could've also just been busy with his day job.

Waller vs Stormwatch didn’t initially appeal to me but hearing that it’s set in the early 80s with the Cold War back drop makes it sound a lot more interesting.
