Likely spinning out of the Punchline back-up in The Joker, whose finale releases this week.

Think we can say he’s worse than Snyder in being able to actually be “done” with Batman? Surprising DC hasn’t pushed him to do something with the other major Leaguers.

This got me thinking about Danger Street series (the one featuring 1st issue series characters) and how King said that it was delayed due to growing bigger so... Batman: Danger Street?

Why? I think she makes for a good replacement for Harley since we are trying to redeem her in the eyes of comic readers while still having a name brand sidekick for the Joker.

Punchline is fine, I don’t have a problem with Joker getting a replacement for Harley, and she does seem genuinely popular so whatever.

Oh, this sounds so original . . . I think DC has run out of interesting ideas for this character, unfortunately.

Zdarsky isn’t an original guy. His Daredevil run is mostly a remix of past popular DD run such as Bendis, Brubaker, and of course Miller. It’s just done well enough that people enjoy it regardless, but he’s not going to be wowing anyone with never before seen Batman stories. I’d look to Ram V’s Tec for a better chance of that.

I dropped Zdarsky's Daredevil run after 11 issues. Just wasn't worth it for me.

Only made it through issue #9 of his Invaders around that same time period.

I think it’s legit just a weird joke on someone being an executor of an estate upon one’s death. They just decided hey why not a robot.
