Which version of Geralt? Book, TV show or game?
I'd largely be backing Zodd, he has a combination of strength, speed and, most critically, strategy and skill that should make him a bit of a larger challenge than the more bestial foes Geralt normally fights.
Also, human form Zodd with his big old horse cleaver can cut through other swords pretty easily, only the Dragon Slayer held up because it's 1) effectively magic/extremely cursed and 2) is literally a lump of metal a foot wide and four inches thick.
If he can win, Geralt is going to be in bad shape.
I'll go with a combination of show and video game feats for Geralt.
I don't know about the games or books, but I sure haven't seen anything in the show that's going to let him take on Zodd. Zodd will have a good time, which is saying something; he can certainly keep the fight going, but he's really missing the damage output (and spiritual weapon) to put down one of the strongest non-Godhand apostles. Skill's a bit of a question too. Geralt is very good, but hundred-man-slayer Guts was still a long way off from being a credible threat to Zodd in a fight. Black Swordsman era Guts still seemed to be the underdog between them, and he's like zen swordmaster skilled by that point.
Dunno if other media changes that.
