I once read an one-shot about a Minion cyborg (similar to Death's Head) who had been created by A.I.M. (I think Monica Rappacini was its leader at the time) and infused with the Uni-Alias, a much, much, much weaker synthetic copy of Captain Enigma's Uni-Power created by A.I.M.

Eventually the Uni-Alias power influenced the cyborg's mind to do good, and he became a hero.

I can't remember in which book I did read it. Does it ring a bell?

I have found a clue: The cyborg was called Death's Head 3.0.
