Default A mystery batman figure in an outfit with white markings on it.

Does anybody know anything about the 4 inch in height, Batman figure that I enclose as an image. Such as thebatman.jpg age, rarity etc? I found it in a trunk, where it must have been for over thirty years. I tried to Google the image, plus I read an online article about Batman's various design changes through the ages, and I could find no reference to my figure whatsoever. Thank you in advance for anybody who can help to solve this mystery for me.

Hi, it's an action figure from the Batman: The Animate Series line called "Lightning Strike Batman".

There's nothing special about the outfit, it wasn't even in the show, but toy lines always used to sell new variants of the hero in every 'wave' as they always sold. It's probably not worth much of anything, especially if you don't have the cape gadget that came with it.

Here's more details if you're interested.

"Has Sariel summoned you here, Azrael? Have you come to witness the miracle of your brethren arriving on Earth?"

"I WILL MIX THE ASHES OF YOUR BONES WITH SALT AND USE THEM TO ENSURE THE EARTH THE TEMPLARS TILLED NEVER BEARS FRUIT AGAIN!"

"*sigh* I hoped it was for the miracle."

Dan Watters' Azrael was incredible, a constant delight and perhaps too good for this world (but not the Forth). For the love of St. Dumas, DC, give us more!!!
