Yes. Hal has a collection of girlfriends, human and otherwise, longer than anyone else in the DCU that I know of. All Morrison did was push that even further by having Hal date an alien nurse that was only vaguely humanoid and another who was explicitly a trans-woman on a Swords & Sorcery world.

Predictably, the more regressive elements of the internet briefly got up in arms about it because Hal Jordan was implied to be interested in more than what we've traditionally seen from the straight white male hero, even if it made perfect sense given his prior history.

Well, Tomar-Re was only able to do so much against Lor-Zod, but I'd guess an army of GL's would probably be able to do more. I'm guessing they'll try to stealth themselves away into Oa though. I hope we get some nice cameos.

Soranik being active implies some stuff about Sinestro or Katma Tui unless Korugar has more than one GL.

I'm pretty sure Bruce Wayne and Dick Grayson have a much bigger list than Hal.

I wouldn't be so sure of that. Bruce's "girlfriends" are mostly for show and Dick, despite his ladies man reputation, has mostly been in committed relationships with Babs and Starfire.

That said, Batman & Robin have a few extra decades of stories on Hal, so it's entirely possible they have more love interests, but I still suspect Hal has more.
